Adam Jahnke

Adam, together with Geoff, founded Vault Equity Partners in 2015. Adam oversees all aspects of the acquisitions process beginning with PSA negotiations all the way through due diligence and closing. From 2007 to 2015, he was an attorney at Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn LLP, in the capacity of a Partner from 2012 until 2015 and as an Associate from 2007 until 2011. Adam focused on real estate transactional work

Geoff has served as a Principal of Vault Equity Partners since its inception. Geoff oversees the sourcing, underwriting and negotiating of all of Vault’s acquisitions, which will soon reach $1,000,000,000 since Vault’s launch in 2015. Prior to forming Vault, he was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) from 2008 until 2015. Geoff sourced, negotiated and closed over $450,000,000 of net lease retail properties for ADC.
