Adam, together with Geoff, founded Vault Equity Partners in 2015. Adam oversees all aspects of the acquisitions process beginning with PSA negotiations all the way through due diligence and closing. From 2007 to 2015, he was an attorney at Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn LLP, in the capacity of a Partner from 2012 until 2015 and as an Associate from 2007 until 2011. Adam focused on real estate transactional work including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Adam was one of the youngest attorneys to be offered a partnership in the history of this prestigious law firm, making partner at the age of 29.
Adam is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. In 2016, Adam was named to Crain’s Detroit “40 Under 40”and DBusiness’s “30 in Their Thirties”. In 2023, Adam was recognized as one of the Top 100 People in Real Estate in The Top 100 Magazine.
