Geoff has served as a Principal of Vault Equity Partners since its inception. Geoff oversees the sourcing, underwriting and negotiating of all of Vault’s acquisitions, which will soon reach $1,000,000,000 since Vault’s launch in 2015. Prior to forming Vault, he was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) from 2008 until 2015. Geoff sourced, negotiated and closed over $450,000,000 of net lease retail properties for ADC. Prior to joining ADC, Geoff worked for hedge fund Fortress Investment Group (NYSE: FIG) where he completed over $2,100,000,000 of healthcare real estate acquisitions. Prior to Fortress, Geoff worked for Sam Zell’s Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE: ELS) where he completed over $500,000,000 of manufactured housing acquisitions. Geoff began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP as a corporate auditor. In his career, Geoff has sourced, underwritten and acquired over $4,000,000,000 of commercial real estate assets since he graduated from the University of Michigan 2000. In 2023, Geoff was recognized as a Top Innovator & Entrepreneur in The Top 100 Magazine.
